I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 and in the property management industry since 2004. I have been passionate about real estate since 2001 when I took a job in a call center with a large brokerage. Talking to potential buyers and sellers ignited my love of real estate.
I am passionate about what I do for many reasons. The biggest driver for me as a Realtor is that I love helping people find a place that feels like home. It truly brings me joy to see a client's face light up when we've found "the one."
As a leasing agent and property manager, I had the same passion. Whether you're buying or leasing you have to love where you live. This is why I do what I do. I wish my job title could be House and Human matchmaker but that is too long for business cards so instead I am "Happy Val" Real Estate and Property Management.
